What does my dumpster pricing include?
Your dumpster price includes a one-time fill of your dumpster within the tonnage allowance and days of use allowance. It also includes all customary pick-up and delivery charges. If you exceed the allowed tonnage or days of use allowances, you will be charged the appropriate additional fees.
How long will it take to receive my dumpster?
Under most circumstances, we can have your dumpster delivered within 1 – 2 business days after you place your order. You can request a specific date of delivery during the checkout process. Please note that we cannot guarantee an exact time of day when the dumpster will be delivered. Most deliveries will occur between the hours of 9am – 5pm, Monday thru Friday. Saturday deliveries are possible in some circumstances. If you have any special needs, please CONTACT US and we will do our best to accommodate them. Our dumpsters and trucks are large. Be sure to provide adequate access for our trucks.
What do I do after I’m done using the dumpster?
Simply contact us to request a pick-up. Pick-ups will occur within 1 – 2 business days after your request is submitted.
Do I need a permit to use a dumpster?
Depending on where the dumpster is being delivered, yes. For example, in the city of Philadelphia, you must have a permit if any part of the dumpster will be placed in a street. Generally speaking, if your dumpster will placed in your yard or in a driveway, a permit will not be required. Always check with your municipality concerning permit requirements before requesting a dumpster. We are not responsible for any permit issues or fines that you incur for failure to obtain a permit.
How much can I fill up the dumpster?
For general waste, the dumpster cannot be filled above the fill-line or threshold. For public safety, we normally place a tarp over the dumpster before hauling it away. For extremely heavy materials, such as fill dirt or concrete, the dumpster and only be filled 3/4 full due to tonnage restrictions at the dump. If you are unsure what dumpster size to rent, we recommend always going with the next largest size, so you have adequate room for all your debris. This will prevent you from having re-order another dumpster.
